My Friend, The Felon

A few of my entries have mentioned one particular character from the dorms, Jeffrey Minor, and some of the havoc he raised...such as making his roommate's life miserable, poking fun at Fat Al, sneaking girls into his room, etc. Why was he at BYU? Good question.

He always found a way to surprise me (no, stun me) with his actions. Not that I was perfect, but then again...

Was that freshman year? I seem to remember something, but I'd have to go back to my journal to dig out the memory. I do remember Jeff going fishing a lot -- seems to me it was often during the day, when some of us actually attended our classes. So he probably had a number of run-ins with our woodland creature friends.

Jeff died this weekend in prison.

Jeff apparently died from an asthema attack.

yes its true Jeff died due to respitory failure on Sunday the 10th. I received a phone call from a friend and an e-mail from a relative.
